We have all been there. I have been there.

As a working woman, spouse, mom, and cancer survivor- I know life can be hard.

Sometimes, you need that extra pair of eyes to help you out.

I can be your holding hand, extra binoculars, motivator, crying tissue- and most importantly that safe space.

My mission is to help those hold on to that reason to live, reason for joy, and use that to become the best version of themselves.

What to Expect From Your Therapy Process

Step I: Make a call

Schedule a free 10 minute consultation where I get to answer any questions you may have and help you decide if I am the right therapist for you.

Step 2: Schedule Ist Session

We will begin meeting and I will provide assessments to get to know you a bit more after each session. We will begin to identify areas that you want to work on and making a plan for change.

Step 3: See Change

As you emerge in the therapy process, you will begin to see the world in a different way. You will begin to see a “pre-therapy” you and start to notice the small little changes that make a difference.
